References - Faberhaus

We are starting to market our building project in beautiful Oberweis. The small community of Oberweis with its approx. 600 inhabitants is located about 10 km west of Bitburg and about 25 minutes from Echternach/Luxembourg. A modern multi-family house according to KFW 55 standard with 6 freehold flats is being built here. The flats will be between 64 and 92 m² in size and have 1 to 2 bedrooms.

In 2020, we were able to acquire a plot of land with an interesting existing building (part of the Hornkaserne) in Steinsweg in Trier West. It was immediately clear: we would combine new building flair with old building charm. The existing building was extensively renovated in order to give the former officers' quarters a new shine. An apartment building with 8 condominiums was added. We are pleased that after a 15-month construction period, the new flats could be handed over to their owners in autumn this year.

We are renovating an old building in the centre of Bitburg. At the moment, the raw installation is being done, so the renovation work is in full swing. A lot of work still has to be put into the project over the next few months, but it is gradually paying off and you can see the development of the project. We are looking forward to seeing the splendour of this building again soon.
